Section 7.1.2.14 - TIME FOR REQUESTING HEARINGThe request for hearing must be received by the department:
A. within ten (10) working days after receipt by the initial applicant, renewal applicant or prospective licensee of notice of the decision denying the application for license;B. within five (5) working days after receipt of a cease and desist order;C. within ten (10) working days after receipt by the licensee of a notice of suspension or notice of revocation;D. within four (4) working days after receipt by the licensee of an emergency suspension order or emergency intermediate sanction and notice of hearing (pre-hearing emergency suspension of license).7.1.2.14 NMAC - Rp, 7 NMAC 1.2.203, 12/15/09
