Section 7.1.2.11 - HEARING PROCESS AND PROCEDURES: GROUNDS FOR REQUESTING HEARING

The actions or proposed actions of the department which may be contested are:

A. denial of an application for initial annual license;

B. denial of an application for renewal of an annual license;

C. a cease and desist order;

D. emergency suspension of license (pre-hearing);

E. suspension of license (non-emergency, post-hearing);

F. revocation of license;

G. intermediate sanctions or civil monetary penalties.
