The objective of this rule is to implement the Employee Abuse Registry Act. The rule is intended to provide guidance as to the rights and responsibilities under the Employee Abuse Registry Act of providers, employees of providers, the department of health and the adult protective services division of the department of aging and long term services, and the public including recipients of care and services from providers.
