Section 6.50.2.24 - PROTESTS REGARDING HEALTH CARE CONTRACT PURCHASING

Protests concerning the authority's purchase of health care contracts shall be resolved by the procurement manager pursuant to the Heath Care Purchasing Act, Section 13-7-1 et seq., NMSA 1978.
