Section 6.12.12.12 - SCHOOL SECURITY PERSONNEL CONSTRUCTION

Nothing in this rule shall be construed as:

A. Allowing armed school security personnel to carry firearms on school premises if doing so would be a violation of state or federal law; or

B. Applying to school resource officers.
