Section 4.3.1.16 - DECISIONS AND APPEALSA. All decisions shall be rendered by a quorum of the commission no more than sixty days after completion of preparation of the record, or upon receiving the hearing officers' report, whichever is later.B. After a decision has been rendered, the respondent may choose to request the commission to reopen the case to receive additional evidence or for other cause.
