Section 4.21.3.8 - PRINCIPAL OFFICEA. The principal office of the commission shall be established at Antonito, Colorado.B. The principal office shall be open for business at such hours and on such days as the commission may from time to time direct.C. All books and records of the commission shall be kept in the principal office of the commission.
