Section 4.21.2.8 - OFFICERSA. The officers of the commission shall be: chairman, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer. The officers shall be members of the commission and shall be elected by the members of the commission.B. The chairman shall preside at meetings of the commission. His duties shall be such as are usually imposed upon such officers and such as may be assigned to him by these rules or by the commission from time to time.C. The vice-chairman shall serve as chairman of meetings in the absence of the chairman.D. The secretary shall serve for such term and perform such duties as the commission may direct. In the case of vacancy in the office of the secretary, the commission shall proceed as expeditiously as possible to select a new secretary.E. The treasurer shall work with the commission's executive director in investing the commission's funds.F.
