Section 4.10.3.11 - MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEEA. The committee shall meet at least once each quarter.B. Any meeting or hearing of the committee may be held at any place within the state of New Mexico.C. At each regular meeting of the committee, the committee and the historic preservation division will agree on the place, date, time, and when appropriate, subject matter of the next two meetings. An agenda and any required supporting documents, consistent with this decision, shall be issued by the state historic preservation officer two weeks prior to each scheduled meeting.
