Section 4.10.2.20 - COMPLIANCE WITH SECRETARY'S STANDARDS, INSPECTION AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTSA. All rehabilitation, restoration, repair and preservation of projects funded by a loan or loan subsidy from the historic preservation loan fund shall be governed by the secretary's standards as applicable.B. The division may require professional design, architectural or engineering services for any rehabilitation, restoration, repair and preservation projects funded by a loan or loan subsidy from the historic preservation loan fund.C. All plans and specifications shall be approved by the division and the SHPO prior to commencement of rehabilitation, restoration, repair and preservation of a project. The CPRC or its architectural subcommittee may also review project plans and specifications.D. The division may review a project in progress at any time upon notice to the property owner and may require correction of any work not conforming to the secretary's standards or approved plans and specifications. The division will review all completed projects to ensure conformity with the secretary's standards and approved plans and specifications.E. Quarterly written progress reports on projects undergoing rehabilitation, restoration, repair and preservation shall be submitted by the property owner to the division.
