Section 4.10.2.18 - HPL LOAN AMOUNT AND REPAYMENT BY PROPERTY OWNERA. The amount of HPL funds contributed to the loan pool shall not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for any one project.B. The property owner of an approved project will repay the loan or loan subsidy in monthly installments.
