Section 21.18.3.30 - INSPECTION FEESA. An inspection fee of fifteen cents ($0.15) per ton is hereby established to be effective on all commercial feeds sold on and after September 30, 2013; except that feed for which the department has not developed an inspection service at this time.B. An inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is hereby established for each brand of commercial feed distributed in individual packages of ten (10) pounds or less sold after September 30, 2013, in New Mexico.N.M.
