Section 20.6.6.34 - TRANSFER OF DAIRY DISCHARGE PERMITSA. Transfer of discharge permits for dairy facilities shall be made pursuant to 20.6.2.3111 NMAC and this section.B. The transferee(s) shall notify the department, in writing, of the date of transfer of ownership and provide contact information for the new owner(s) pursuant to Subsection B of 20.6.6.11 NMAC and Subsection B of 20.6.6.12 NMAC.
