Section 20.6.2.3113 - APPEALS OF COMMISSION DECISIONS

An applicant, permittee or a person who participated in a permitting action and who is adversely affected by such action may appeal the decision of the com-mission in accordance with the provisions of Section 74-6-7(A), NMSA 1978.
