Section 20.4.5.18 - APPROVAL OF REMEDIATIONA. Upon receipt of the remediation report, the department shall review the report to determine if the remediation of the residually contaminated portion of the property was completed pursuant to the requirements in this part within 30 days.B. The department shall notify the owner or the owner's agent whether or not it approves the remediation report and agrees that the remediation is complete within seven days of completion of the department's review.C. If the department does not approve the remediation report, it shall inform the owner or the owner's agent and state the reasons for disapproval.
