Section 20.4.1.100 - ADOPTION OF 40 CFR PART 260

Except as otherwise provided, the regulations of the United States environmental protection agency ("EPA") set forth in 40 CFR Part 260, as it may be modified or amended, is hereby incorporated by reference.
