Section 20.3.3.319 - RENEWAL OF LICENSESA. Applications for renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with 20.3.3.307 NMAC not less than 30 days before the expiration date stated in the existing license.B. In any case in which a licensee, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of their existing license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the same activities, such existing license shall not expire until the application has been finally determined by the department.C. An application for renewal of a license shall be approved if the department determines that the requirements of this part have been satisfied, and the licensee has paid any outstanding annual fee(s) pursuant to 20.3.16 NMAC.N.M.
