Section 20.3.3.316 - ISSUANCE OF SPECIFIC LICENSESA. Upon a determination that an application meets the requirements of the act and 20.3 NMAC, the department will issue a specific license authorizing the proposed activity in such form and containing such conditions and limitations as it deems appropriate or necessary to effectuate the purposes of the act.B. The department may incorporate in any license at the time of issuance, or thereafter by license amendment, rule, regulation, or order, such additional requirements and conditions with respect to the licensee's receipt, possession, use and transfer of radioactive material subject to this part as it deems appropriate or necessary in order to: (1) minimize danger to public health and safety or property; or(2) require reports and the keeping of records, or to provide for inspections of activities under the license as may be appropriate or necessary; or(3) prevent loss or theft of material subject to this chapter.C. The department may request, and the licensee shall provide, additional information after the license has been issued to enable the department to determine whether the license shall be modified in accordance with 20.3.3.322 NMAC.N.M.
