Section 20.2.72.404 - PUBLIC NOTICE AND PARTICIPATIONIn addition to the requirements of 20.2.72.206 NMAC:
A. The Department shall meet with the applicant during the permit application process, prior to deeming the application administratively complete, to discuss the need for additional data and information not initially submitted by the applicant; andB. The Department shall promptly advise the applicant of all medical or other scientific evidence the Department uses to evaluate the health effects of the toxic air pollutant emissions and make available to the applicant in a timely manner all information, including all previous decisions on the toxic air pollutant in question.N.M.
