Section 20.11.69.27 - OPERATOR CERTIFICATIONA. A certified operator shall be present at the facility whenever waste is being burned. The facility employed, unit operator will control the operation of the pathological waste destructor during performance testing.B. All unit operators of their immediate supervisor on-site must have completed the certification training, as required and specified in the Training and Certification Procedures Document developed by the department pursuant to 20.11.69 NMAC and approved by the board.N.M.
