Section 20.1.6.307 - NOTICE OF COMMISSION ACTIONA. The commission administrator shall provide to the public notice of the commission's action and a concise explanatory statement.B. The adopted rule shall not take effect unless within 15 days of adoption of the rule, the commission delivers the final rule to the state records administrator, accompanied by a concise explanatory statement that contains: (1) the date that the commission adopted the rule;(2) a reference to the specific statutory authority authorizing the rule; and(3) any findings required by law for adoption of the rule.C. Adoption of the final rule occurs upon signature of the written decision.D. If the state records administrator notifies the commission of having made any minor, nonsubstantive corrections in spelling, grammar, and format in the filed rule, the commission administrator shall provide to the public notice of the correction within 30 days of receiving the state records administrator's record of correction.N.M.
