Section 2.61.9.2 - SCOPE

A. Counties requesting a determination from the state board of finance that a proposed county industrial revenue bond project will not directly or substantially compete with an existing business or enterprise located within the boundaries of the county or within five miles of the proposed project.

B. Commissions, departments, institutions, bureaus or agencies thereof and political subdivisions of the state requesting a determination from the board of greater public need when public property is taken.
