Section 19.8.14.1402 - FORM OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND

The director shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The director may allow for:

A. a surety bond;

B. a collateral bond;

C. a self-bond; or

D. a combination of any of these bonding methods.
