Section 19.8.11.1102 - RIGHT TO FILE WRITTEN OBJECTIONSA. Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected or an officer or head of any federal, state, tribal or local governmental agency or authority shall have the right to file written objections to an initial or revised application for a permit with the director within 30 days after the last publication of the newspaper notice required by Subsection A of 19.8.11.1100 NMAC.B. The director shall immediately upon receipt of any written objections: (1) transmit a copy of them to the applicant; and(2) file a copy for public inspection at the public office where the applicant filed a copy of the application for permit under Subsection E of 19.8.11.1100 NMAC.N.M.
