19.15.26 NMAC applies to persons constructing, operating or closing an injection well under the Oil and Gas Act. 19.15.26 NMAC does not apply to other classes of injection wells regulated under the Water Quality Act, the Geothermal Resources Development Act or the Surface Mining Act.
