Section 19.15.105.7 - DEFINITIONSA. "Director" means the director of the New Mexico department of agriculture.B. "Lead substitute" means any substance blended with unleaded gasoline and proportioned to provide the valve seat protection provided by at least 0.05 gram lead per U.S. gallon.N.M. Admin.
