Section 18.61.3.12 - MAINTENANCE OF BYLAWS AND OTHER BOARD MATERIALSA. Certified copies of the bylaws and all resolutions approved by the board, including those that adopt policies governing the Spaceport, shall be maintained on file in the Spaceport America offices and on the Spaceport America website.B. Other materials used by the board shall also be maintained on file at the Spaceport America offices, including agendas, minutes, final reports, presentations and other materials used by the board to carry out official business.N.M.
