Section 18.20.5.9 - PROHIBITED ENCROACHMENTSA. There shall be no encroachment allowed which may interfere with traffic control devices or traffic signs. This includes not only protruding signs but neon lights of such a color that they would make the traffic control device not immediately and easily noticeable.B. No encroachments shall be permitted to remain on highway right-of-way, which poses a danger to the health, safety, or welfare of the motoring public, or which interfere with the operations of the Department.C.
