Section 18.19.5.72 - APPROVED DWI SCHOOL AND APPROVED ALCOHOL SCREENING PROGRAMA. An approved DWI school is any DWI school approved by the traffic safety bureau of the state highway and transportation department.B. An approved alcohol screening program is any alcohol screening program certified by the traffic safety bureau of the state highway and transportation department as having been approved by any court, as provided for in Section 66-8-102(H) NMSA 1978.N.M.
