Section 18.17.3.10 - COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER STATUTESA. All boat docks shall be constructed in compliance with the provisions of the New Mexico Cultural Properties Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 18-6-1 through 18-6-17, and the Cultural Properties Protection Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 18-6A-1 to 18-6A-6.B. If federal land will be impacted in the construction or maintenance of a dock, federal law, including the following acts, shall be complied with: the Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979, 16 U.S.C. Section 470aa-11 ; the Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990, 25 U.S.C. Section 3001; and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, 16 U.S.C. Section 469 l.N.M. Admin.
