Section 18.17.2.3 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] STATUTORY AUTHORITY

Section 66-12-18 NMSA 1978 authorizes the state parks division to promulgate rules to carry into effect the provisions of the Boat Act, Sections 66-12-1et seq. NMSA 1978.
