Section 18.11.2.7 - DEFINITIONSA. "Aircraft" means any contrivance now known of hereafter invented, used, or designed for navigation of or flight in the air, except a parachute or other contrivance designed for such navigation, but used primarily as safety equipment.B. "Applicant" means the individual filing for aircraft registration.C. "Registration Fee" means the assessment based on the maximum gross weight of the aircraft, calculated as explained in Section 64-4-11 NMSA 1978.D. "Division" means the Aviation Division of the State Highway and Transportation Department.E. "Director" means the Director of the Division.N.M. Admin. Code § 18.11.2.7
