Section 17.9.572.11 - COMMISSION ADMINISTRATION OF RPS AND ZERO CARBON STANDARDS

After consultation with the department of environment, the commission may not approve a public utility's annual Renewable Energy Act plan that results in material increases to greenhouse gas emissions from entities not subject to commission oversight and regulation.
