NMPUC Case No. 2277, Order dated December 29, 1989, unless otherwise noted; Amended by NMPUC Case No. 2561, Order dated April 4, 1994. NMSA 1978, Section 62-8-7.1 allows an abbreviated rate filing for sewer utilities with annual revenues less than $500,000. NARUC system of accounts do not classify utilities on this same division, thus classifications for rate filing and for reporting requirements differ.
