Section 17.11.9.11 - CONFLICTS IN PROCEDURES

If any procedure established in this rule conflicts with a procedure set forth in 17 NMAC 1.2 [now 17.1.2 NMAC], Utility Division Procedures, the procedures provided in this rule shall govern.
