Section 16.8.2.28 - USE OF PESTICIDES BY LICENSED PRODUCERS

The use of any pesticide by a licensed producer in the growth of cannabis shall be in accordance with the New Mexico Pesticide Control Act, Section 76-4-1et seq., NMSA 1978, and any associated rules.
