Section 16.7.1.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

This part is adopted pursuant to the Massage Therapy Practice Act, Subsections E and F of Section 61-12C-7, Subsection A of Section 61-12C-8 and Section 61-12C-11 NMSA 1978.
