Section 16.63.1.8 - PUBLIC RECORDS

Except as provided herein and except as otherwise provided by law, all applications, pleadings, petitions and motions are matters of public record as of the time of filing with the board. Any information covered in this section may be released to the disciplinary action reporting system ("DARS") of the association of social work boards "ASWB".
