Section 16.62.1.9 - INSPECTION OF BOARD RECORDS

Except as otherwise provided by law or protected by public records shall be available for inspection in accordance with the provisions of the Inspection of Publics Records Act (IPRA), NMSA 1978, Sections 14-2-1 through -12, (1974, as amended through 2009). Cost will be determined by regulation and licensing department standard IPRA fees.
