Section 16.48.9.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

These rules are promulgated pursuant to the Private Investigations Act, Sections 61-27B-5 and 61-27B-26 NMSA 1978, and the Uniform Licensing Act, Sections 61-1-1 through 61-1-36 NMSA 1978.
