Section 16.4.4.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

These rules are promulgated pursuant to and in accordance with the Chiropractic Physician Practice Act, Section 61-4-8 NMSA 1978 and the Uniform Licensing Act, Section 61-1-31.1 NMSA 1978.
