Section 16.39.1.8 - THE BOARDA. The name of this board shall be the state board of licensure for professional engineers and professional surveyors hereinafter referred to as the "board".B. The official seal of the board shall be an embossed circular seal one and three-quarter inches in diameter consisting of two concentric circles; the outer circle to be one and three-quarter inches in diameter. The inner circle is to be one and one-quarter inches in diameter. The inner circle shall contain the seal of the state of New Mexico and the words, "state of New Mexico." The words, "board of licensure for professional engineers and professional surveyors", shall be contained between the two concentric circles.C. The fiscal year of the board shall be July 1, through June 30 of the following calendar year.N.M. Admin. Code § 16.39.1.8
