Section 16.39.1.11 - ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARDA. Annually, at the last meeting of the fiscal year, the board shall elect its officers, who shall take office on July 1.B. Annually, at the first meeting after July 1, the chair of the board shall appoint from the board's members such additional committees as may be found appropriate by the board.N.M. Admin.
