Section 16.27.17.10 - RENEWAL FEES

The fees are as listed below and are non-refundable:

A. Licensed mental health counselor, $75.00.

B. Registered independent mental health counselor, $150.00.

C. Professional mental health counselor, $150.00.

D. Clinical mental health counselor, $220.00.

E. Marriage and family therapist, $220.00.

F. Professional art therapist, $220.00.

G. Alcohol and drug abuse counselor, $150.00.

H. Alcohol abuse counselor, $150.00.

I. Drug abuse counselor, $150.00.

J. Substance abuse associate, $75.00.

K. Licensed associate marriage and family therapist, $75.00.

L. Late continuing education unit (CEU) extension request fee, $300.00.

M. CEU provider, $100.

N. Inactive License, $100.
