Section 16.20.12.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

These rules are promulgated pursuant to Subsection C of Section 62-23D-5, Section 61-1-1 to -34 (ULA) (HB 180) NMSA 1978 and Section 61-1-1 to -37 (ULA) (HB 191) NMSA 1978.
