Section 16.17.1.12 - CHANGE OF ADDRESSA. It is the responsibility of the licensee to provide the board with a current email and mailing address. Any correspondence from the board office will be emailed to the licensee's email address of record. The board assumes no responsibility for failure by the licensee to receive renewal notification or any other correspondence because of a wrong email address.B. Every licensee must notify the board office of all addresses for current practices. Any change of address or email for a practice must be reported within 30 days of the change to the board office in writing; notification by U.S. mail, email or facsimile is acceptable.N.M. Admin.
