A. All fees are non-refundable.B. Initial application fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).C. Initial license fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each license must be paid after application approval and before license issuance, pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subsection A of 16.4.3.11 NMAC.D. A license renewal fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).E. A reinstatement fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) must be paid in addition to any other fees due at the time of reinstatement.F.
