Section 15.4.5.14 - POSSESSION AND VERIFICATION OF STAFF PERMITSA. Every permittee shall wear a valid staff permit badge that is easily visible at all times when engaged in the conduct of games of chance.B. Refusal or failure to wear the staff permit badge as required in this rule shall be grounds for disciplinary action.C. If a permittee's badge is lost or stolen, the permittee shall notify the board immediately and purchase a replacement badge.D.
