Section 15.4.14.8 - PUBLIC HEARINGS; LOCATION; HEARING EXAMINERA. All hearings held pursuant to Section 60-2F-24 NMSA 1978 shall be conducted by a hearing examiner duly appointed by the board.B. Except for telephonic hearings, hearings shall be conducted at the office of the board.C. All hearings held pursuant to Section 60-2F-24 NMSA 1978 shall be open to the public.D. The hearing shall be recorded on audiotape or other means of sound reproduction, or by a certified court reporter.E.
