Section 15.1.7.37 - SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF APPROVAL OF GAMING DEVICESA. The board, with or without prior notice to the manufacturer, distributor, or licensee, may issue a summary order suspending approval of a gaming device if the board determines that the device does not operate, or is not being operated, in the manner certified by the manufacturer or as approved by the board.B.
